Geocache Description:

Journey past one of Ohio States Nature Preserves that's rarely visited.

Park here: N40-45.092 W080-32.248 Follow the old rail road bed past Sheepskin Hollow to the cache.

Along the way you'll pass a rare exposed coal vein (N40-44.574 W080-32.339). It must have been exposed many years ago to make way for the rail road bed. It's not often you see an exposed coal vein in this area. Most places around here have been strip mined.

After you find the cache if you want an added treat the coords for the first waterfall in Sheepskin hollow are in the log book. Enter Sheepskin Hollow (trail head starts here: N40-44.768 W080-32.220) and follow the trail/creek bed to waterfall.

Want to see the second waterfall? Continue up the stream, but be very careful. Its not easy to get above the first waterfall. The second waterfall is a good distance up the stream. Keep walking till you find it. It's there, I promise.
