Geocache Description:

This is a microcache along the beautiful Little Blue River Trace hike-bike trail.

The Little Blue River Trace bike-hike trail is part of the Jackson County Parks and Recreation system. Permission was given to place a cache here. The total round-trip distance for this cache is about 2 miles. No bushwhacking is necessary. This well-maintained, flat, hard-packed surface trail is about 11 miles long. The parking lot at the coordinates, N 39 06.180 and W 094 17.789, is a good starting place for the cache. It is also a good place to start bicycling or walking. From here the trail goes about 6 miles south and about 4.5 miles north. The “FORBES CROSSING” cache is about a half mile beyond this cache. This parking is also a good starting point for the “TRAIL OF DEATH” cache that is in the opposite direction.Take a pen. The cache is in a 35mm film canister.

No bushwhacking necessary.
