TREES
(For Mrs. Henry Mills Alden)

I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth's sweet flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

Follow the trail to the cache, you will need to leave the trail to retrieve it, and the bushwhack may not be easy. This is not a cache to rush to, rather take your time and delight in the trees and the experience. Take time to savor the sounds that filter through the forest, sit a while and enjoy. Poor signal reception draws the 3 rating. Parking is available at N47 32.670 W121 58.125 about a 2.3 mile round trip.
