Plenty of parking, just make sure that you park in the proper place.Very open area but not great signal recption soooo... just think like a Goblin.No need to walk on any plants except for the grass.This has been ok'd by the inhabitants so have no fear of walking around looking for the cache and enjoying the grounds.Nice friendly helpful people.Container is about 4X6X8 inches.Have Fun
