Geocache Description:

One of my Fayetteville (mini) park caches

I don't think this little park has a name. The lower bridge you see used to be the main bridge into Fayetteville from the west. This park sits where a sharp turn took travellers from the east into the lower part of the village. After many years of nasty accidents, including one ending up in the creek, the larger bridge was put in, erasing a couple of buildings and a rollar skating parlor. Parking will put you within a few feet of the cache, so it shouldn't take long to find, but as with all my other park caches, take a moment to look around and enjoy. Explore some of the nearby shops. Bring something to write with, there was no room to fit anything beyond the log.
