Cables Near the Park Multi-Cache

Easy multi in a park with great facilities for kids and families. Make a day of it, take a picnic...free electric BBQs, toilets, shelters, taps and a cache! I saw dogs on leads, I couldn't find any signs to the contrary.
Follow these instructions...First point...goto the co-ordinates above. Find the really big number on the vessel often found there. There is also one on a sign nearby. This is number 'a'.
To the second point...using the original co-ordinates from above, subtract (a x 25) from S and add (a x 17) to E. Ignore the decimals whilst doing the maths. At the second point, count the number of square blue poles. This is 'b'. Make this 10 for now! Council working... will check soon... so let 'b' = 10.
To the third point...using the original co-ordinates from above, subtract (b x 23) from S, whilst E does not change. At the third point, count how many anchors are in the sand. This is 'c'.
To the cache....using the original co-ordinates from above, subtract ((38 x c) + 3) from S and add ((11 x c) + 1) to E.
Remember...all calculations commence with the original co-ordinates at the top of the page. Subtract from S and add to E.

Hidden behind a rock for you to have fun,
To locate this cache and that would be dandy
You won't need a leg-up but may get quite sandy,
To extract the cache could be a weight struggle
But that is to keep it out of reach of a muggle.
Please...when replaced, walk down/up the stone steps 5 metres away to ensure you cannot see the cache. It is at eye level when on these steps!
