This area is a great place to hike or ride horses and enjoy the
wildlife and scenery. For most of the year, access is limited to
feet or hooves and from January 1 to April 10, all public access is
restricted to protect wintering animals. (The cache will be removed
during this time.) I especially like the area because of all the
red rocks that remind me of my boyhood home in southern Utah. The
cache is about 400 feet from the main red access gate. If you go
when the gate is open, you can drive within 20 feet of the cache.
Please do not trespass on adjacent private lands.
