Geocache Description:

A cache dedicated to the man who gave this district its name is the location for the tenth cache by caughtatwork.

I have been informed that in between council cleanups, used syringes have been noticed in the garden beds at GZ. To be on the safe side you should note that the cache is NOT located at ground level.
