Geocache Description:

Its under a rock lol. Several really. Its NOT in the poison ivy. Its very near a rock with the jolly roger on it. About 40 ft NE I believe. Watch for ticks and Parking tix. ONLY PARK IN ALLOWED AREAS!!! YOU WILL GET TICKETED!!! Great place though. Bring your dog after 5PM, pretty cool huh?
"guarded by MANY dogs" would be more like it. Bring a ball. These guard dogs are easily distracted!

The elevated ratings are for 2 reasons only. 1 There's a million rocks it could be under. 2 You have to walk along a beach, climb onto a grassy spot and follow a small trail to reach the clue. Some one will probably be sitting on the skull and crossbones so be discrete. The cache is a good sized tupperware box hidden under some small rocks, which are sheltered by a larger rock. Lots of people fish near here, so please rehide carefully.
