The cache is hidden just off a wheelchair-accessible loop track with magnificent views of the city. Make sure you visit the plane table.
The cache is a round camo-painted pottle containing a few swaps plus log files and two pencils. The cache is 24m down the hill from a seat on the track and is invisible from any distance.
