Located in the pine barrens.Trail head at40.51.991n 072.41796
A nice hike thru the pine barrens.I tried to find the most remote area on long island,the trick was to have a spot with no short cuts or roads near by.it should be around 3 miles round trip.The trail is flat but has lots of broken logs from the fire of 95.At the cache you can barely hear the traffic on sunrise hwy.bring water "have fun be safe"
