Geocache Description:

A pleasant walk along the Wellfleet harbor shoreline

This cache was started by a family that has a house in town. We have been coming to Great Island for as long as I can remember. We would either walk out along the beach, or take a boat over and have a quiet lunch on the beach. The location of the cache is slightly off of the main path that bring you out towards Jeremey's Point. The terrain is soft sand, hard sand, and dirt road. It is about 1.5 miles from the parking lot.Park your car in the Great Island Parking lot (N 41 55.955 W 070 04.135).
