Every time we are here we wonder why the city does not have any
caches, that has now been fixed :)
This is a micro located at the old Union County courthouse. The
courthouse is now the historical society museum and cultural
center. Permission has been given to place the cache where it is at
by the museum director, so no need to feel uncomfortable
looking.
To log this cache you need to sign the logbook that is contained
in a film canister. There are also 2 two-part questions that you
will need to answer by email. Any logs made without emailing the
answers in due time will be deleted.
Question 1: There is a unique monument for the Union
County Honor Roll of the "World War" Who erected this monument and
what year was it?
Question 2: The old courthouse clock & bell are on
display on the courthouse lawn. These were presented to Union
County and the city of Blairsville by whom and on what date?
