Geocache Description:

Thanks to AlanC who originally placed the "Daniels Park Cache" which was consumed in the Cherokee Ranch fire. Hopefully this cache won't meet the same fate. The views ranging from Pikes Peak to the Front Range are magnificent, particularly at Sunset on a clear day.

There are several parking areas within a few hundred meters of the cache. The walking trails will get you very close to the cache which is located in a rocky, bush area.

The cache(standard ammo box) should be easy to find, although small children will need supervision. Be aware of the wildlife and wear proper shoes especially during the wet season.
