The 11th in a series on "Lord of the Rings" theme is a fairly steep uphill walk of about 1 km. (Not as bad as the film though). My son, Matt came with me to hide this one.
We took the shortest route we could find. Starting point: S:37'44.523' E:145'28.811'. Slipped through the fence & followed cow track left to the fence, then turned right and followed it down across the creek and up the grassy hill and followed the ridge uphill right up to the track on top of the hill. Another starting point is at the gate at S:37'44.601' E:145'29.493'. This will be more of an uphill climb and a little further to walk, but should be no fences to climb through. Original contents: Log book, calculator, yoyo, pocket screwdriver, fuses, Scoobydoo torch.
