This is a fairly easy cache for most people and is suitable for walking, biking etc. This is a great area for a dog.
Park near the now closed Womens Correctional Institute (Jail) and follow the obvious trail. The cache is hidden 10 long steps from the waypoint. I took that point as it is relatively clear overhead. I think it is easier than the rating system suggests, but that is what I recorded.
This cache is in the Burnaby Foreshore Park area. While you are here you could also look for Vancouver Decachelon - Foot Race (GCG6ZE)
While you are here, click on find nearest Waymarks (below). The train bridge you pass counts. Waymarking is an offshoot of Geocaching, and usually only requires a visit and a photo!
