Approach from the north side of the creek - *not from the Renner Rd side*. *Do not* approach from the Renner side! You should be able to avoid thorns and PI if you're patient and look for the easy, not direct, path.
What does the cache name mean? It translates from French to "the dead clams".
* Why name a cache this? Well, its a term used to describe caches that aren't very good - generally noted in a log with the "DPM" acromym.
* Where did the term come from? It started in this thread in the gc.com forums.
