The terrain is quite steep. You will gain about 600 feet. Stay on the trail and don't even try to "bush whack" this one. Probably not the best cache for geokids. It's hard , but the view is worth it. It's in a small plastic container.
This cache is dedicated to the students and staff of Wahtonka High School. For 40 years Wahtonka educated students and staff about what life is all about. I myself spent 31 years here. I have many great memories of my days at Wahtonka. As of July 1, 2004, Wahtonka ceased to be a separate 4 year high school. Long Live Wahtonka! Parking lot coordinates are 45'37.677N and 121'14.014 W
