The M-Class CacheThis cache is located where you can get a bird’s eye view of the plant that has helped make “T” town one of the fastest growing areas in Alabama.
If the assembly line were to be extended it would be 4 times the height of the Eiffel Tower or twenty six times the height of the Statue of Liberty!
There is over 1 million square feet in this plant and they complete one M-Class approx every 3.3 minutes and over 80,000 per year. That’s pretty good considering there are over 14,000 parts on each one…
This cache is not located on the grounds, but be sure to take time to visit the museum if possible. It will take you back through the years of early vehicles and you will count your blessings for our modern day transportation.
Museum hours: Mon-Fri only 9am-5pm, closed holidays.
For the ones who find the briars a real pain. There is a less direct way in. You can walk around a bit and find it. There are still a few just not as bad.
