Black Bear Trail, 13,100 feet Traditional Cache
Inmountains: Well, this cache had a good run, even though it is located in a very strong avalanche area. Between the snow, the rock slides and the marmots, this cache has taken a beating and is now missing. I am moving to California so I am no longer able to maintain the cache. I hope everyone enjoyed it, and if someone does happen to find it, it is mostly likely a ways downhill from the coordinates, please remove it from the mountain or hide it with new coordinates and make a new cache.

The Jeep trail from Silverton to Telluride is rated as one of the more difficult Jeep Trails in the nation. This is at the top.
This is our first cache, so we chose a place that is breath taking in more ways than one. The container is a 2 qt tupperware type container covered in Duct Tape. It should not be hard to find once you are close, but it will take some effort as it is about 1/4-1/2 a mile from the dirt road. It doesn't sound hard, but try it at over 13,000 feet. Be careful, there is some loose talus on the short hike.
