Eagle Rock Trailhead Traditional Cache

Having agreed to participate in MISSION: Eastside Cache Dispersal by Team feline, I took the opportunity to drop a cache at this location. You can use this as a starting point for two other Eastside dispersal caches.

Should be a relatively easy micro, but it's a micro, after all. I did average for over 8 minutes to get these coordinates; so I hope they're decent.
