Blunderberg Traditional Cache
jonboy: I bushwacked over here from the Timp Torne Trail after picking up the Timp Teaser. I removed the cache as part of my Harriman clean up.

The cache is located on a remote, sere, open ridge and offers views both north and south of the Hudson River.
The nearest trailhead is the lot at Rt 9W and Jones Point Rd. The trail itself is 30 meters down the road, and is a little hard to spot. We followed the red dot trail all the way to the cache. A shorter way would be to go up the blue trail to the wood road just after the unfinished tunnel, turn up it and make the left turn on the rail bed to the RD Trail.This cache could be done as part of an outstanding 8.6 mile loop that includes six caches, going up the blue Timp-Torne Trail, picking up the "Timp Teaser" multiple along the route, carrying on to RD trail on to the Timp and "Trepidation" Cache, then back again on the RD Trail to Bald Mountain to "Break dem Bones", continuing along the RD to "Blunderberg" and continuing down the open, burned over RD to "Me and Mrs Jones"and finishing up with the "Dunderberg Railroad Cache" just before the return.
