This cache is located in the Allegheny National Forest near Morrison Campground. The terrain ranges from marked path to no path while reaching an altitude of 1,980 feet. This is not a destination you could reach by bike. Prepare to hike... we did it in tennis shoes without any problem, but hiking shoes/boots wouldn't be a bad idea. Would not advise anyone with bad feet/ankles, or the like, to attempt the trip.
This cache is an army ammo box, Army-Green in color with red stenciled lettering on its side that reads "geocache." It includes a mini firetruck and firefighter patch, a beaded necklace from Las Vegas, a mini-tool set, a deck of cards, mini atlas book, bag of balloons, Advil to relieve aches and pains from the trip, pen/pencil, and a spiral notebook for sign-in messages. Please include information like: your name/nickname, date, where you are from, what you thought of the area in general, the weather, why you were there(if not only looking for the cache), which items you took and left, and what you thought of the search, etc. Retrieval of the geocache box will take place July 2005.
