City Hall
This cache is a micro due to where it is hidden. Once you see the area you will understand. It took me 2 days to figure out the best spot. The reception was great until about 15 feet from where the cache is and then it goes bad due to the buildings but there are not too many places it could hide. The city hall building, fountain, statue and walkways have all been recently remodeled and are a pretty site to see, especially at night. Please hide this cache back exactly where you find it. The container has velcro on it but it is not being used. I was going to put it in another location but it didnt work out and thats what the velcro is there for.
