This is a pretty easy one. It's a bit of a hike, but also a clean trail.
This one is on the Cherokee Trail at Hazlett Park. Great park if you have never been. A lot of sailboats. Great place to spend a day or a whole weekend with the family.There is a pretty large parking lot with entrances to a couple trails. Park here and walk down the Cherokee trail. The cache is about .18 miles from the parking area. A very quick walk. This cache is just before you get to the Civil war cemetary. If you get to the clearing of the cemetary, you have gone too far.This cache is only about 20 or 30 feet off the trail at the base of a fallen log. It is well hidden, but you can see the log very easily from the trail.Original contents: Snoopy Travel - BUG - Jeep Travel BUG - Fireman action figure - Sport Watch - Fred Flinstone toy - log book with pen.
