Geocache Description:


The area around Red Seep has some history. Artifacts from many cultures have been found in this area dating back to the time when the Indians threw their spears with the Atlatal. Because of the good water, it was an Indian camping ground. In the Morrison formation in this area(the Jurassic Age) Dinosaur bone can be found. In the late 1800's, an Army Unit being chased by Indians buried a chest of gold. People have hunted for it but there have been no reports of it being found. Do you feel lucky?
