I apologize for having to do this, but due to limited seating, we will be
restricting the early part of this GeoEvent to the first 18 people who
agree to the details below. All are welcome to join us in the GXing
afterwards, which we will start discussing around 5:45 PM.

Our Canadian friend Amadeus is coming on a Plane, thought about coming on a Train, rides Buses and will teach CSI Crue to do the same, and... eats at Subway...

Yeah, but at WHICH Subway will we be having this GeoEvent??? You'll have to use the coords to find out!

Again, I apologize for having to restrict attendance to the first part of this GeoEvent due to the size of the Subway. That's why I added the extra star for difficulty. As people agree to this next part, I will add their names until we reach 18. Any who would like to join us for the GXing afterwards are welcome to pop in at 5:45.

The "entrance requirement" is one cache per attendee, which must follow these guidelines:

1. Placed between the time this GeoEvent is posted until the day we meet. Permission must be sought beforehand, but approval can be afterwards. If you would like it to be approved on the day of or after the GeoEvent, please ask for that in the Reviewer's notes when you submit your cache.

2. Suitable for GXing after 6:00 PM, possibly even 24/7, as we will be trying it that night. MoLaNaPa caches are out, for example. If we don't require 24/7, which can be hard, that will allow parks that are open until dusk.

3. 18 copies of the cache page, one for each of us.

4. Within these boundaries: nothing south of Park Blvd, nothing west of the Gulf, nothing east of the Pinellas county line, and nothing north of Tampa Rd.

5. Preferably no multi caches and no mystery caches, but not required.

Discussion topics at the GeoEvent will include a Labor Day GeoEvent double-header, cache ratings, stealth and distraction (stolen from GoofyButterfly

), GeoDining, and theme GXing. Anything else you'd like to chat about, please let me know! Don't forget to sign the log that night.
