Crowded Coral Traditional Cache
Lyn Pat and Nathan: After many years of service this cache will have to be archived.
The storms have changed the topography.
The boardwalk that was once well above ground level is now buried.
There is no way we can see to revive the cache in its present location so it will be archived.
Its possible the TBs are still in the cache but we hope they are off traveling with a Geo team.
Thanks to everyone that helped us over the years with this cache.
We will go digging for it ourselves next time we are up that way.

Coral bay...perfect one day...Very crowded the next
Note: Its recommended to use the spoiler photo as the wind blows sand over the cache. You are doing the boardwalk a favour by moving sand away from the cache location. Somtimes after a storm it may require some a resonable amount of work. Pretend you are manking sandcastles.
We felt that we had to place a cache around this area as it is considered by our English friends Pat and Alistair to be amongst the best places on earth. They spent many months here camping in the sand hills before the place was discovered by the average tourist. We can see just what it would have been like but sadly as we all try to find that elusive place away from everyone else we destroy the very thing that we have come to find. The place reminded us of a sort of westernized Bali or a mainland Rottnest maybe. Friendly but crowded. Hence the Name of “Crowded Coral”. The waters are still crystal clear and the fish are there by the score and there are lots of activities to do with fishing and boating and sunseeking. If you do come this way make sure you pre-book accommodation as it is very limited compared to the numbers of visitors. When you are collecting and replacing the cache consider sitting down near the area and reaching for the container.
