This is a small cache in a neighborhood park. It is dedicated to my 16-yr old dog Tim because it is probably the last one we will plant together. He has started having trouble walking and our vet doesn't think he will reach 17.
Little Blue Dog is not really a sad dog. He got his name because he loves all things that are blue. In fact, he decided to settle down on the east side of a small community park in Renton because of all the blue Oregon berries he found there.The only thing about this location that makes him sad is that he doesn’t meet many people to share his hobby of exchange small gifts. If you stop by I’m sure he will greet you with a great big smile and hopefully he will have something interesting to swap with you. I left him here with a tiny stuffed dog, a Clifford the Big Red Dog finger puppet, an Orlando House of Blues button and an odd little funny money bill.I hope you enjoy meeting Little Blue Dog. When I saw him at a nearby church sale I just had to buy him and turn him loose for everyone to enjoy. I think he will be one of the more unique cache containers you run across. Some light bushwacking is required. This dog stays about 100' from the main trail, but at least one side trail will take you to within 20' of him.Please make sure to screw his cap down completely and place him back in his home after you visit Little Blue Dog.
