Geocache Description:

This cache is located on an island. You can access this on foot but not during high tide.

Park at N44°34.045' W067°34.288 Remember, the island is only accessible by land during certain parts of the tide cycle. Otherwise you're not getting there without a boat. Also be careful not to get trapped on the island. The rocks leading to the sand bar can be dangerous, there is also alot of seaweed that can be slippery. This is the reason for the high terrain difficulty. The cache is an ammo box. Starting items are X-Men(VHS), a book, a PC Game, a Dreamcast game, and a plastic leoppard. WARNING: Keep track of the tide, you could get trapped on the island! ADPOTED by: al'Thor - March, 2008 While replacing this cache I hiked over about 2 hours prior to low tide and had no problem getting arcoss. New cache is a large Lock and Lock container. It seems this island is visited a lot so the cache location has been moved off the beaten path. I would recommend visiting the "VIEW" cords first. When you are ready to find the cache and head back toward the middle of the island follow the beaten path till your GPS tells you otherwise. Please rehide as well as you can; muggles were a problem with the last cache. CHECK OUT THIS VIEW: N 44:34.009, W 067:33.981
