Geocache Description:

Not to miss out on the Skyline cache craze, we've place a cache at about halfway between the caches south of Hwy 9 and the Lake Ranch caches. I like to have Kathy drop me and my bike off at Hwy 9 and Skyline and ride around up here. When it's time to head home I come to this intersection and my fun starts here. This is a great five mile downhill ride to Hwy 17. If you ever get a chance to do this on a bike, do! The coordinates are the best that I could do seeing how I went from six to seven satellites to losing all of them. I took six readings and used my mapsource softwear to come up with these. The cache is on the north east corner. If you stand right where Black and Skyline connect then walk straight in about 20 or so feet you can start your hunt right around there. If by chance you can keep a good lock and you get different coordinates than mine, please list them. The cache is a Folgers Coffee container with camo-tape on it. Contents of the cache are:Logbook and penCaribeaner, Daughter & Mothers Book (BookCrossing.com book), EFI CD holder, KFOG sticker, KFJC sticker, Lightstick MGD beads, Off lotion, Magic 8 game, $1.00 Reno Hilton chip, 2 AA batteries. We hope you have a great time up here on Skyline and down at Lake
Ranch.
