Barefoot: Fifteen years. The area at stage one is completely different than when it was placed. Trees have grown up and pushed rocks around, inclusing where the hide was. The waterfalls by the final location are still beautiful.

Geocache Description:

A two part Multi cache locate along the Mattatuck Trail near the Wigwam Reservoir.

Park near N 41 40.451 W 73 08.982.

The Mattatuck Trail heads south across the road, and into the woods down hill from the parking area. If you follow it far enough it will take you to Black Rock State Park.

The micro, a well hidden 35mm film can, is at the posted coordinates. The pine trees were pretty thick up where I placed the micro so I set my GPSr on a rock and averaged the numbers. The micro has the coord's for the a 30 cal ammo box. Please enjoy the walk and rehide the box as you found it.

This cache is NOT snow friendly.
