Waterways of Thorold is the first cache placed by Niagara MC and hopefully not the last.
Part One of this multi is located near the Welland Canal. Parking can be found at N 43 06.702 and W 079 12.023.Cache coordinates: N 43 06.719 W 079 11.978 (as listed above)Don't forget to pick up the North coordinate for the final from this cache.Part Two of this multi takes you to Mel Swart - Lake Gibson Conservation Park. (Hours 9am - 8pm)There are two staging areas to choose from. I highly recommend the 1st as the walk is more scenic.Staging Area 1: N 43d 06.388 W 079d 13.504This is a great walk taking you through some interesting nature viewing spots.Point of possible interest: N 43 06.352 W 079 13.706(Cool Tree)Staging Area 2: N 43d 06.442 W 079d 13.769This parking will get you to the cache faster but you will miss out on all the beauty lake Gibson has to offer.Don't forget to pick up the West coordinate for the final cache.Cache coordinates (part 2) N 43 06.351 W 079 13.759Part 3: The Grand FinaleParking for the final stage of this multicache can be found at N 43 05.914 W 079 13.753. Once at the parking area, plug in the coordinates you found at the first two parts. Let your GPS and the path lead the way.Please be sure to replace the cache as it was found!
