CCWelch: Unable to get permission for a new hide in this area, suspect that it may be because I do not live in Platteville. I hope another cacher can get permission for a new cache at the garden as this spot is not a safe place for a cache.

This is themed cache is hidden along a gentle river.

Anything that makes you SMILE is the theme of this cache. Platteville bids you welcome!

Note that the route to the cache is wheelchair accessible but the final hiding location is NOT. There is plentiful parking and beautiful garden nearby.

Please note: Although this is a regular size cache it is suggested that you not leave trackables here due to the recently high disappearance rate of this cache.(3 times in 2 years after 5 years of not disappearing before I adopted it.)

This is a high muggle area from late spring through fall, please be stealthy!!! If you think the people in the bar above are not watching...they are!
