Located at Wheeling's Waterfront Park

Located at Wheeling's Waterfront Park 12th.& water street near the Wesbanco Arena follow signs for the arena.Less than a mile from I-70. Please be very careful about being seen at this cache.It is in a very open, public area. On Wensdays there are free concerts at 7:30pm in the summer months also some fridays are movie nights.
