This is a park in Downtown Fort Smith and is very beautiful when
the water ball is running. This is in cammo tape.
This park is one of the most beautiful parks in the Fort Smith
area. The only problem is that somehow the fountain gets suds in it
from time to time. There have been times that there are suds
overflowing into the roads. This cache should be easy to find there
are not very many places to hide. Please NO climbing in the flower
beds.
