The waypoint is in the Dodge County Public Fishing area. No need to find these coordinates - in fact, if you do your shoes will get really wet!
You will need to answer a few questions in order to get the real coordinates. All the answers for these questions are found in the Bible. The Cache, like the most of the questions, has coin and fish(ing) theme.
