2/25/05- UPDATE!!! No longer a Premium and Charter user only cache.


Plan an all day outing for the cache and exploring. About 5 miles from nearest paved road. Altitude is about 5,438 ft. 2wd with some ground clearence should get you to within .35 of cache (same goes for 4wd). A steep hike is mandatory so bring water, sturdy shoes, binoculars, picnic lunch, and the dogs. If you have an ATV or a dirt bike you can get within 500 ft.






This is definitely an OPEN RANGE. Watch out for cattle and please take sometime to explore these hills. Take the same approach as if you were going to N7ZXs' Elvis! cache but keep on that road for about 1.5 miles. You will come to an Open Range. A cool little spot to have lunch located about a mile from cache is called the Moon Rocks N 39 50.880 W 119 44.483. If you go here, there is another way to get out then the way you got in, N 119 46.108 W 119 41.113, you are now on the pyramid highway. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we do. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF SNAKES. Finding cache should be easy, getting there is the real CHALLENGE. Cache originally had pretty decent swag. Cache is a Large ammo can containing:

5. Jump rope, jacks, and paddle ball set


6. Spongebob bath toys


7. 2 whoopee cushions


8. Set of 6 utillity clips (heavy duty)


9. Large box of bandaids (various shapes and sizes)

11. Bubbles


12. 2 blank cds


13. Logbook, pen, pencil, pencil sharpener, and geocaching
