Steak and Eggs works in this area. He may be watching while you find and log the cache! You probably wouldn't recognize him, though, while he is working up on high wearing his shield and armor.

Harbor beautification is important to the economic welfare of this area. We hope that we are helping to promote it. Keep in mind that this cache is named after the ever-vigalint Harbor Patrol. If you look as though you are doing anything suspicious, that little blue pick-up may visit you or just drive by and give dirty looks, so be super-discrete. Yes, you have to use super Geocache-type stealth.

You may have seen a micro container like this before, but if you haven't you may overlook it as something that might belong, or not. We have rated the difficulty to reflect the camouflage of the container. It isn't large enough for anything more than the logbook, so bring a pencil or pen. Make sure to close the lid securely when you replace it so that it doesn't leak.
