On the hill to the west of Lowe's. Ill bet you've driven past this place many times and wondered what was up there. Hike the water tower road (.15 mile) to the top and get a birds eye view of the surrounding mountains; see and smell LaVale's "Fast Food Heaven" from this lofty place. ele: 1042ft (at base) to 1266ft at cache site

I saw ATV tracks all over but I didn't see the machines themselves over the 2 days I was scouting out the place. If you find the cache squished, you'll know what probably happened. Because it's such a handy, quick hike and nice view, I took a chance at placing it here in the (possible) "line of fire" of some off-roaders but have my fingers crossed that "Tool Time Cache" will remain unscathed.
