Geocache Description:

A log-only micro in Santa Fe's Ashbaugh Park.

Santa Fe isn't just surrounded by open space; it also has a number of small and occasionally odd urban parks. Ashbaugh is no exception, with its Ten Commandments monument, disc golf course, and its ruined tennis courts. It is also home to the offices of the local Youth America Football League and number of utility buildings. Local religious groups feed the homeless here on Sundays, and the northern end is popular among dog walkers. Please watch your step. Be sure to visit the two East Base benchmarks (FN0406 and 407) while you're in the area. The park can be accessed from either Cerrillos Road or Montano Road, but your chances of finding parking are better from Cerrillos. It may be helpful to know that this cache is loosely based on the NAU cache (GCGM2A) in Flagstaff, Arizona.
