Entering Seekonk! Mystery Cache

Welcome to Seekonk! The terrain is easy, and the cache is very
close to where you park, but try to figure out my riddles!!
The cache is in a small container. Inside is a log book and enough
room for some a few small items. BRING A PEN!!!
Parking is at the coordinates listed above.
The cache coordinates are as follows:
41'53.SEE 071'19.KNK
To find the value of SEE, look around you. You will see a white
sign just up the road. On that sign, (which would be obvious by
remembering the name of the cache) you have some numbers on both
sides.
SEE = The difference of these 2 numbers + 850.
From the vantage point of the sign used to calculate the first set
of numbers, you will see another sign across the street with a
number on it. Don't go too fast, or you could miss it. (That was a
hint.) Also, check out the address on the mailbox by where you are
standing.
KNK = Add the 2 numbers (Sign and Mailbox) and then add the digits
of your answer. Add another 329 to that, and you get your final
answer.
Be careful as to not make the cache's whereabouts known to
passersby.
