An old resting place, in earlier times, before this below, now thriving
Smoky Mountain community.

This Restin' High cache may be reached by turning onto Butler Branch Road, off of U.S. 321 at the village of Cobbly Nob entrance, in Sevier County, Tennessee. You will travel through a portion of Bent Creek Golf Course before heading on a drive up Webb Mountain. Continue on Butler Branch Road (or later Sunshine Trail Road back to Butler Branch Road via a "Black Gum Rd"sign) until you've reach an unmarked one-lane paved road (maps indicate it to be Sunshine PL) that you are to take to the left (North) near a mailbox labeled with the name "Cox". Park at coordinates N 35° 46.578 X W 083° 19.703 and you will have a very short tenth of a mile hike up a somewhat steep trail. The trail should be dry unless there was a recent rain, in which case be prepared for mud.

Enjoy the view of Greenbrier Pinnacle and Mt. Leconte, looking to the South and West along the way to this ammo box cache. This cemetery is know as Black Gum Gap or Sutton Cemetery.

After allowing a considerable amount of time for the GPSR to settle in; coordinates were within an accuracy of 13ft.

Upon finding and completion of the Restin' High cache, It is suggested that you continue on further up the trail, past a "US Boundary NPS" marker, into the land set aside by the park for continuation of the GSMNP Foothills Parkway. This additional hiking will afford you some greater viewing of the Great Smoky Mountains to the South.
