To me, the Best of Geoaching is the great locations it takes you to. Location, location, location. This geocache is on an observation deck overlooking the gorge down below and the Little Falls of the Cuyahoga River. Wonderful view year round.
The cache container is a very small tube, skinnier than your finger.
The cache is in it's 3rd location here since I originally hid it. First location was under the wood floor planks below your feet. Real tricky hide, hanging by a wire. Punk Geomuggles found it and destroyed it. Second location was on the north hand rail. City installed a new deck and hand rails so that location was compromised. This new location should be ok for some time.
This would make a good night cache, the falls are especially pretty at night when it is all lit up by the Sheraton Hotel that sits above it.
If you don't suffer from VERTIGO! Lean over the rail and look down. You're about 100 feet up from the river. The view reminds me of something you would see high in the mountains somewhere. Quite a view. Enjoy!
