Red Hot Mama: This cache is on private property and I have decided to archive it as I am not caching much anymore and I don't want the property owners to have to worry about it.

This cache is located on a private ranch with the express permission AND encouragement of the owner. The terrain is a little hilly with a lot of cactus and yucca to avoid, plus it is rattlesnake habitat. There is also a barbed wire fence to crawl through.
After growing-up on a ranch on Flatwillow Creek, my brother-in-law spent his life as a college mathematics professor, and finally college president at Central College in Iowa. He has always kept the family ranch near Winnett, Montana where he and his family worked and retreated in the summers. Now he is retired and they spend much more time on the ranch where they have invited friends and family to come and relax in quaint, rustic, and remote solitude. Since retiring he developed a “Mission Statement” for the ranch that focuses on providing a place for solitude and renewal in mind, body, and spirit. In accordance with this mission he offered a lovely part of this ranch as a place for a cache, where people can visit, find the cache and enjoy this lovely spot in any way they see fit to relax and enjoy. They call the area “Table Rock” because of the rock formations where they frequently go to picnic and just enjoy the view and solitude of the place. In order to avoid ending up on other people’s property the directions are very specific. Take highway 87 North of Roundup, MT and take a right between milepost 19 and 20 on Colony Rd. (N46 degrees 43.204, W108 degrees 36.295). You will be on gravel road until you reach the cache. Proceed 4.8 miles and take a right (South at N46 degrees 43.207, W108 degrees 30.321). Go another 4.1 miles just before a cattle guard you will find a typical barbed wire fence and gate on the right hand side at N46 degrees 39.731, W108 degrees 30.357. Park here just off the road by the fence. The fencing is very loose and should be no serious problem for most people to negotiate, especially if there is more than one of you and someone can spread the fence for you, but be careful. It is only .14 miles from here to the cache but please watch for rattlesnakes and be careful of the abundant cactus and yucca. The cache container is VERY difficult to open and close. It takes some muscle. The container is a white honey bucket. The original contents are: polished rocks, dinosaur, miniature tin cup, carabineer key ring, hot wheels car, hand sanitizer, dice, and child’s paint set.
