Deze cache voert u mee langs verschillende aspecten van het dorp Bergen. Naast bos- en polderlandschappen komen ook kunst en cultuur aan bod. Met name is er een plekje ingeruimd voor architectuur van de Amsterdamse School, atelierwoningen van verschillende bekende kunstenaars en de voormalige woning van de dichter Adriaan Roland Holst.
De route is te voet of per fiets te doen, bedraagt 5,4 kilometer, en is samengesteld uit delen van de wandelroute Historisch Bergen. Deze route is opgenomen in een brochure met verschillende wandelingen en twee fietsroutes in deze regio en te verkrijgen bij de regionale VVV’s.
