V omezenem prostoru, sevrenem mezi skalami Hradku, rekou Jihlavou a ostatni krestanskou zastavbou po staleti vyrustalo zidovske mesto. Dochovana ctvrt se 123 domy patri meti evropske unikaty. Uzke ulicky, verejne pruchody, pampouchy, verandy a balkony dokresluji originalni kolorit. Mnozstvi stavebnich stylu a neuveritelna vynalezavost ve vyuziti prostoru okouzli kazdeho navstevnika. Za shlednuti stoji krome dvou synagog, hrbitova a rady obytnych domu i byvala skola, rabinat, spital a chudobinec.
Trebicske Zidovske mesto se hrbitovem je spolu s bazilikou sv. Prokopa zapsano v seznamu svetoveho prirodniho a kulturniho dedictvi UNESCO.

The Jewish town grew up for many centuries in a limited area, bound by the Hradek cliffs, the Jihlava river and other Christian structures. The preserved quarter, which compries of 123 houses, belong among unique European architecture. Narrow streets, public passages, porches and galleries complete its original atmosphere. The number of architectural styles and unbelievable inventive utilization of space will charm every visitors. Besides the two synagogues, the cemetery and the rows of residential houses, the former school, rabbinate, hospital and almshouse is worth seeing.
The Jewish town of Trebic, along with the cemetery and St. Prokop Basilica, is registered in UNESCO's World Natural and Cultural Heritage List.
