Die Cachesuche führt euch zu der Herlingsburg bei Glashütte.
Von der Burg ist außer eines Ringwalles leider nichts mehr zu sehen, aber die alten Germanen haben dort oben einen Schatz gelassen, den ihr suchen sollt. Der Höhenunterschied der Suche beträgt ca. 70m. Bis zur zweiten Station führt ein Schotterweg. Wer sich traut kann also mit dem Mountainbike auf Cachesuche gehen. Der Weg ist in der Mitte grasbewachsen und führt zeitweise steil bergan!!
Der Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Cache ist ca. 2,2km lang.
Wenn ihr mit dem Auto unterwegs seid, könnt ihr bei folgenden Koordinaten parken.

Von dort an müßt ihr eine kurze Strecke auf der Straße laufen - also schön vorsichtig sein, besonders wenn ihr mit Kindern unterwegs seid.

Hier müßt ihr herausbekommen wieviel Fläche (ha) der Ringwall umschließt.
Zu der gesuchten Zahl müßt ihr 2 addieren und erhaltet A

Dort angekommen könnt ihr erst einmal die Aussicht genießen und euch ausruhen.
Wenn ihr den Schatz finden wollt, solltet ihr einen Stein und eine Holztafel finden.
Auf dem Stein steht auf der Seite mit der Lippischen Rose eine Jahreszahl. Wie lautet diese?

Auf dem Holzschild steht eine Höhenangabe. Wie hoch stehst du gerade?

Die dritte Station findest du wenn du folgende Koordinaten berechnest.

Dort angekommen kannst du erneut eine schöne Aussicht genießen und dich ausruhen.
Direkt neben deinem Rastplatz steht ein kleiner Stein mit einer Jahreszahl und Buchstaben auf der Vorderseite.

Auf dem Gelände soll es irgendwo einen zerstörten Brunnen geben. Wenn ihr Lust habt könnt ihr ihn suchen und mir die Koordinaten mitteilen. Gehört aber nicht mehr zur Cachesuche. Ich habe den Brunnen selbst auch noch nicht gefunden - würde mich aber interessieren was man dort findet.

The stash hunt will guide you to the old castle "Herlingsburg" near the town Glashütte.
The Herlingsburg is completely destroyed and you will only find a rampart ring, but the old Teutons have left a treasure in the area you should seek for.
The difference in high is ca. 70m. A gravel path will guide you up to the second station. So if you are a good in biking you can bring your mountainbike with you. But sometimes the path is steep and the middle part of it is grassy !!
The whole route from the parking place to the cache is ca. 2.2km long.

Then you have to walk a short distance on the street - so please be careful especially if you bring your children with you.

How big is the area which is covered by the rampart ring? Because the sign is only in German, please find the single number after the German words "umschließt eine Fläche von ...."

There you can enjoy a brethtaking view, sit down and take a rest. But if you want the cache you must find a stone and a wooden sign in your direct surroundings.
At the front side of the nearby stone (the side with only the Rose of Lippe on it) you will find a date of a year.

On the wooden sign you will find an altitude reading.
Altitude reading = C (Please take the whole number with the decimal point!)

There you can enjoy again a breathtaking view, sit down and take again a break.
Direct to your resting place you will notice a small stone with a date of year and letters on it.

In the area should be a desoyed well too (the info sign says so). If you like you can look for it and tell me the coordinates. But this search is not part of the stash hunt. I haven't found it by myself till now, but I am interested in visit the well. I wonder what I will find there.
