Geocache Description:

approx 2/3 mile round trip on established trails; OK for kids

approach from Stony Brook Road, turn S on Run Hill Road, and park at the "top"; don't let Mapquest etc bring you in from Harwich -- unless you have (DUH!) your GPSr and a map!

parking area to L just after paved road ends (N 41 43.865 W070 06.491)

approx 2/3 mile round trip; established trails thru woods and beside marshland and Upper Mill Pond. approx 30-40' elevation change. last 20-40 feet are on uneven terrain (a hillside; sneakers have been adequate footwear for the Big Wig). check out the view!

best accuracy I had on the day placing the cache was 38-48 feet. I'd estimate the accuracy as thus +/- .002-.003

a lovely area and established trails, but this IS deer tick area so use your bug spray.

trail topo map available on town website above; good detail; no GPS coords.

town conservation land - dogs welcome (town landing close to parking area great for a swim); no hunters
