This cache is dedicated to J.B. and Parrot Heads everywhere. Also,
to the memory of my Bearded Dragon "Puppy". All legs offer a great
view and public parking so be sure and bring a camera. This trek
will begin on the south end of the island and terminate at the
other end. Tools you will need: A Hawaiian shirt and an extremely
laid back attitude. The cache contains LIZARDS and mostly Tropical
themes.
Stage 1: Margaritaville Jimmy Buffet says that
"Margaritaville is any place you want it to be". If there is a
Margaritaville on Hilton Head, I would say this it. Margaritaville
is crowed at times, but everyone is pretty laid back and doesn’t
pay attention to you. Your info for the next stage is posted on an
small immovable object. Stage 2: Strange Bird You will see a
"Strange Bird" very near the location for a film canister with a
S.C. flag on it that contains the coordinates for the next stage.
Stage 3: Boat Drinks I can't think of a better place to get
"Boat Drinks". There is also picnic tables here and a restaurant
very close in case you are hungry. Coordinates for the next leg are
posted on a small object on a larger one Stage 4: Tryin To
Reason With Hurricane Season The ammo box/cache container was
placed as hurricane Frances began to pummel the Florida coast and
is dedicated to all those who have lost so much during Hurricane
Season. This is not a place where you would want to reason with a
hurricane and you may get a little muddy on the way. Enjoy the view
